  • Brian Skinner is a musical force forged by decades of dedication and passion. Picking up the guitar and bass at the tender age of eight, music quickly evolved from a hobby into a lifelong pursuit. This early start provided him with a profound versatility and command over both instruments, making him a highly sought-after talent.
  • For the last ten years, Brian has commanded the stage as a compelling singer-songwriter and solo act, blending technical skill with heartfelt performance to create intimate and memorable musical experiences. Beyond his solo work, Brian is renowned across the Tri-Valley area as a reliable “hired gun” bass player, having lent his solid groove and expert rhythm to countless bands and projects. His ability to instantly lock in with any ensemble has made him an invaluable asset in the local music community.

  • Megan Jones is a singer based in Livermore, sharing her voice with heart and authenticity. Music is her way of connecting with people, expressing herself and creating meaningful moments. Deeply grateful for her friends and family, Megan draws constant inspiration from the love and support they bring into her life. Whether on stage or off, she sings with passion, gratitude, and joy.

  • Julie Bowles Scranton has spent nearly three decades caring for others as a nurse and is currently the manager of a local Surgical Center Operating Room. While her professional life is dedicated to healthcare, her heart belongs to her family- including her husband, three grown step-sons, and her beloved “fur-family” of two dogs (Moose and Maggie Mae) and two cats (Oscar and Oreo). After a 30-year hiatus from singing, Julie rediscovered her voice in 2025 with the Sister Skinner Trio, reclaiming a passion she had held since childhood. When she isn’t in the OR or singing and playing the ukelele, you’ll likely find her on the water- sailing in the bay or enjoying live music downtown.
